Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

The AGM for the accounting year ending 31st July 2011

 Has now been postponed until

8th March 2012 @ 7:30pm

In Church Langley Sports Field Pavilion

Agenda: 

No other business can be included:

Any other business to be considered at the First General Meeting, March 2012, following the AGM 


As Specified by the Articles & Memoranda of the Association the business of an Annual General Meeting 
for the year ending 31st July 2011 shall comprise:

(a) the consideration of the Report and Accounts presented by the Management Committee.
 

Trustees to present documents to be examined and approved at meeting

resolution to accept will be put to the meeting.

(b) the election of Management Committee members:
      (Νominations and seconding members to Secretary two weeks prior to the AGM)

(c) the fixing of annual subscriptions:    (last year fixed at £1.00)

(d) registration of new members of the Association:

• Residents within area of benefit welcome (South East Harlow)
• update details of current members.

Representatives of Affiliated Clubs: to sign affiliation documents to renew for current year.

NB Affiliated clubs need to provide a complete list of members with current contact details 


The meeting is open to residents of the area of benefit of the Association,

(as defined in the Articles & Memoranda of the Association ) 

and representative members of Recognised and / Affiliated organisations ONLY.
